A very rare trichalkon from Rhizos

THESSALY. Rhizos. Circa 352-344 BC. Trichalkon (Bronze, 20 mm, 8.00 g, 11 h). Laureate head of Zeus to right. Rev. PIZOYΣIΩN Vine branch with bunch of grapes and two leaves; to left above grape, Λ. BCD Thessaly I 1329. Rogers 537. Warren pl. 1, 3. Very rare. A beautiful example of this important issue with a lovely dark green patina. Somewhat corroded, otherwise, about extremely fine.
